Elevating Dolph Ziggler to Main Event

Dolph Ziggler and Money in the Bank

How can WWE fully elevate Dolph Ziggler into the main event scene for good?

If you have a peak at the current WWE roster, you'll soon realize that there is one wrestler who is on the cusp of breaking into the World Title picture. He was never given an instant push, or any type of unique labelling by the company. The former Spirit Squad member slowly worked his way up the WWE ladder.

That man is Dolph Ziggler and he now finds himself in a very interesting situation. He has a Money in the Bank contract available and he appears quite credible as a performer as well.

Many fans had hoped that his feud with Chris Jericho would finally give him that last rub that he requires to solidify himself as a main event performer. That didn't quite happen as he lost their first match, but then later went on to force Jericho to leave WWE by defeating him on Raw. Regardless, that program didn't fully cement his status as a main event performer.

Dolph Ziggler is very close to that main event peak, but simply needs one last feud with another main event guy. WWE has opted to use Randy Orton for that role, which is a perfect idea. The Viper should be able to help Ziggler get over that last hump.

After their program ends, I wouldn't be surprised if Ziggler cashes in his Money in the Bank contract. We've seen him teasing the fact that he might do it very often on Smackdown every week, but very soon, he actually will do it.

As soon as Ziggler's feud with Orton is over, expect him to cash in that contract and get a good run with the World Title or even the WWE Championship. He's just about their.
